"Pretty underwhelming for the price"
I signed up thinking this would actually make my life easier, but it felt kind of pointless. For what they charge, I expected a lot more than this basic little service that still had me chasing things myself. Maybe it’s useful if you’ve got some big setup, but for me it just didn’t come close to being worth it. Definitely wouldn’t pay for it again.

"Vendor management ended up being more work than I expected"
I had a frustrating experience with solidcoremsp.co when it came to vendor management. I kept wondering if I was just expecting too much, but updates felt slow and I often had to follow up just to get basic information. A lot of things that seemed like they should’ve been straightforward ended up taking longer than they should have. Maybe it works better for other teams, and maybe we just weren’t the right fit, but for us it felt like it added more work instead of taking work off our plate.

"It was alright, but something felt a little off"
Overall, the service was fine and nothing really went wrong, but something felt a bit off about the experience. Support did get back to me, just took longer than I expected, so it left me feeling kind of unsure

They told me they found the problem, but it wasn’t even close lol. I ended up having to call another tech to take a look, and they found and fixed the actual issue

"Not sure it scaled the way we needed"
It seemed fine at first, and maybe it works well for smaller setups, but once our needs started to grow, things felt slower and a bit harder to adjust. I’m not totally sure if it was just our use case, but it didn’t really scale well for us.

I put in a support ticket and it was handled fast. No hassle, no back and forth, just a smooth experience overall

"Professional enough, but they need to slow down"
The staff were polite and acted professional, but the whole thing felt rushed. I get that places get busy, but customers still deserve proper attention and a little accountability when the service feels hurried. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely could’ve been handled better.

"Got my email fixed fast"
I was having an issue with my email and they got it fixed quickly. No hassle, no back and forth, they just fixed it and I was good to go.
"Network kept dropping all week"
I’ve dealt with spotty internet before, but this week was especially frustrating. Pages were loading really slowly, and our calls kept freezing at the worst times. We reached out to support, but the replies didn’t really help much, so it felt like we were stuck chasing the same problem over and over.

We’ve had a good experience with Solidcore for our office tech issues. Compared to other IT support teams I’ve dealt with, they’re definitely quicker and easier to work with. Most of our tickets get handled fast, though we did have one last month that took longer than expected. Overall, solid support with just a little room to improve.

I needed someone to come out and take a look at an issue, but getting onsite help felt almost impossible when I actually needed it. There was a lot of back and forth, and my gut was telling me early on that it wasn’t going to get handled quickly. I still ended up waiting, which was really frustrating.

"Decent security support, but could be clearer"
Overall, they definitely know their cybersecurity stuff and they did help us review our setup. To be fair, the work wasn’t bad, and they caught a few things we probably would’ve missed on our own. That said, communication was slower than I expected, and parts of the final report felt a little vague. For the price, I was hoping for more specific next steps. Not a terrible experience, just not quite as polished or actionable as I’d hoped.

"Remote support did the right thing"
My laptop was having trouble connecting properly, so I tried their remote support. I had to wait a bit at the start, which was a little annoying, but once the tech got on, they clearly knew what they were doing and fixed it without making a big fuss. I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me or make the problem seem worse than it was, just helped me out honestly. Overall, solid experience and I’d use them again.
"Frustrating and Not Really Worth It"
I didn’t have a great experience. The whole thing felt confusing and slower than it needed to be, and dealing with the automated system just made it more annoying. I kept feeling like I was stuck pressing buttons instead of actually getting help from a person. In the end, it just wasn’t worth it for me.

"Helped a bit, but still had some downtime"
It did help with the downtime some, so that was good, but it didn’t totally fix everything. We still had a few of those moments where things were down, just not as much as before.

"Decent service, but too much back-and-forth"
The service was okay overall, but the communication was kind of all over the place. Sometimes I’d get a clear answer, and other times I had to ask again just to figure out what was going on. What got annoying was having to verify the same info more than once, like they didn’t already have it from the previous conversation. Not a terrible experience, but it would be a lot better if they were more direct, quicker to respond, and didn’t make you repeat yourself so much.

"Pretty helpful for monitoring, but not perfect"
The monitoring has been helpful overall and did catch some issues for me, but there were still a few things it missed. It’s useful, just not something I’d rely on completely without double-checking.

"Wish I’d Asked for Help Sooner"
Our cloud setup was giving us trouble, and support was quick to respond most of the time. They managed to fix the issue without a ton of back and forth, which was a relief. i kind of regret waiting as long as I did to reach out. Overall, it was a solid experience.

"Decent compliance help, just a bit slow"
They did help with the compliance stuff, which I appreciated, but it took longer than I expected. I’m always a little skeptical when companies make everything sound super smooth and polished, because in reality there was some waiting around. Still, they got the job done.
